A $200 deposit (plus taxes) is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due at the start of the party.
Submit your guest list and final order details at least one week before the party.
E-invitations are available for download from our website. You can send these to the guests you want to invite.
The host family can arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up.
We will try to give access to the party room 10-15 minutes earlier, if possible.
Upon guest arrival, our staff will confirm the guest child’s name from the list provided and allow entry.
Final payment is due upon arrival at Little Monkeys
You will have the party room for 2 hours.
Basic setup (plates, cutlery, table covers) will be provided and handled by our staff.
No outside food or drinks are allowed, except bottled water and cake/cupcakes from a nut-free facility.
Food is served one hour after the party starts.
Guests can enjoy unlimited play time in the play area before, during, and after the party.
After the party ends, our staff will take care of cleaning the party room.
If a guest is unable to attend due to illness, please inform us at least one day in advance or before the party starts on the day of the event for adjustments.
Our staff is available to assist you during the party.
Reschedule Party : A birthday party can only be rescheduled subject to written intimation via email to [email protected], 48 hours prior to the scheduled party, failing which half of your deposit i.e. $ 100 plus tax would be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy: A birthday party can be canceled subject to written intimation via email to [email protected], 72 hours prior the scheduled party, failing which full deposit paid i.e. $ 200 plus tax would be forfeited.
